1. The Provider — Voronin Aleksandr Yuryevich (self-employed / NPD, INN 745212102953) — offers to provide digital ID-photo preparation services via https://id-photo-studio.online under Art. 437(2) of the Russian Civil Code.

2. The Contract is formed when the Customer accepts by placing an order and/or paying. The service does not issue government IDs — the deliverable is an image file.

3. Price and payment methods are shown on the site (RUB). Settlements are cashless via payment partners (e.g. YooKassa, Robokassa).

4. The Customer must not forge documents or impersonate officials; is responsible for any uniform uploaded. Foreign LE templates are not supplied. Agency acceptance is not guaranteed.

5. Claims / refunds — as provided by Russian law for services, via site chat or the support address on Requisites.

6. Personal data — Privacy Policy / 152-FZ. Governing law — Russian Federation. Pre-trial claim required.
