Service rules

Edition of 26.09.2026.

1. Do not upload others’ photos without rights, illegal content, or material intended to forge identity documents.

2. Camera capture has unlimited attempts until you are satisfied. File upload is limited to five watermarked previews per 30 minutes per device/IP. Clear download is paid. Captcha and rate limits may apply.

3. Captcha is required when shown. Circumventing limits may lead to blocking.

4. This is not a government service and does not issue documents. You submit the file yourself to the organisation that needs the photo.

5. For Russian MVD service ID, a uniform template may be overlaid. Templates are free on Templates. Foreign / other force templates are not supplied — upload your own PNG if you have the right to wear that uniform. Impersonating law enforcement is forbidden.

6. Specs on the requirements page are reference only; check primary sources. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

7. Violations may result in refusal of service without keeping the preview.
